These  brushed lambswool scarves are woven at their mill in Selkirk in the Scottish Borders.  They are available in a range of family and district tartans (including some Irish tartans). 
Size: 180cm (71") x 25cm (10") incl fringe.
 
Lambswool is wool taken from the first shearing of a sheep, usually around 7 months old.

The fibres are usually no longer than 50mm making them very fine and very soft . This results in a soft, breathable (and hypoallergenic) fabric which is less likely to cause skin irritation than wool.
